Graduated from Seattle Pacific College in 1968. Attended Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC from 1968-70.
In April 1970 ,joined the US Department of Veterans Affairs as a Human Management Specialist Intern. Became the VA's Director of Human Management Resources in 1989, headquartered in Washington,DC. Retired from the VA in November 2006 and moved to Milton, Ga to be near our kids and their families. Have been working as a wine consultant every since .Milton is about 45 minutes north of Atlanta. Was in Seattle Summer 2009 for a cruise to Alaska.
